The San Diego Padres look like a team that's slowly starting to get their act together, and they need to take advantage of home games if they're going to make August interesting in terms of playoff hopes. Cody Bradford has been hit or miss despite the small sample size. Blake Snell has been fantastic with his 2.61 ERA and 1.27 WHIP, and he has a 2.82 ERA at home with a .188 allowed batting average. I have to lean toward the hot Padres at home with the clear starting pitching edge.
