Scottish Open best bets and golf picks to win the tournament

Genesis Scottish Open is co-sanctioned between PGA Tour and DP World Tour. The field for the tournament will be a mix of top players from both tours. It will set up to be quite a competitive tuneup for next week's final major. Barbasol Championship is an alternate event between the two tours this week.

Collin Morikawa is the 28th favourite to win the Scottish Open. He is coming back to the tournament after a disappointing showing at the U.S. Open, where he finished in the top five. Last year he won the Claret Jug at The Renaissance Club. He made a change with his irons for the Open Championship.

Jordan Spieth is a strong contender at the Scottish Open. He finished second last year at Royal St. George's. Spielberg has three top 10s in his past four trips to The Open, with none outside of the top 20.

Aaron Rai is a long shot to win the Scottish Open. He won the tournament in 2010. Rai has had mixed results this year, with a couple of top-15 finishes. He has gained strokes in every category tee to green across his past two tournaments.
