We the People favored, Rich Strike to run at Belmont Stakes

Rich Strike is a favorite to win the Belmont Stakes. The Kentucky Derby winner skipped the Preakness St. He's one of three favorites to take the Triple Crown. We the People is the favorite. Creative Minister and Nest are also expected to do well. Early Voting will not be in the field. The race starts at 6:44 p.m. EDT on NBC. There is $1.5 million prize purse for the winner. It's the longest of the three Triple crown events. This year's race is not possible because of early voting. Epicenter, who won the Derby, will skip the race.

Belmont Stakes takes place on Saturday at Belmont Park in Elmont, N.Y. Undercard races are on CNBC from 3 to 5 p.m. EDT and the main coverage is on NBC from 5 to 7 p.,m., EDT.
