Well-traveled Rougir adds E.P. Taylor to her resume

Rougir won the $751,900 E.P. Taylor Stakes at Woodbine. It was the chestnut filly's first appearance at the track. Adventuring was leading the race. Rougir was knocked off stride at turn for home. She came running with an outside bid and won by a neck. It's the sixth win from 19 starts for Rour. The last win was at Belmont in May. Flirting Bridge came second, Fev Rover third and Adventur fourth. They were bettors of a trifecta. it was a $103.70 exacta with Feva Rover.

The E.P. Taylor won the final leg of Woodbine’s “Ladies of the Lawn” series.

Fev Rover finished with 22 points for the Ladies of the Lawn bonus prize of $50,000.
