4 The Dramatist deserves another chance for Rod Northam. 11 Danzadel has an awful racing pattern but she has the engine under the hood to give this race a shake. Dark Satin is sneaky flying for James Ponsonby. She's had two runs back from a break and she's third up.

2 Garza Bianca (Bet Now:$2.60), 3 Operative ( Bet Now $7.00), 7 Tashi (bet Now$9.000) and Back Me (Bm72) are the horses to watch in Race 3. Acy Securities (bmm72), Aysh Securities, (13:30) 1200m.

6 Soami is a gamble here. Devil's Throat hasn't done much wrong this time in for Team Snowden. Rainbow Connection is flying this year. The Poacher came close to finishing fourth to The poacher two back. The last time Thepoacher finished third to Cuban Royale.

8 Mr Dependable is a good bet for the race. 5 Titanium Power is dangerous. 9 Impasse is an interesting long shot.  Furphy is the favourite in the 8th race of the Winter. The race starts at 16:40. It's a 1400m race and the gate is awful.

10 I Am Me won at Rosehill a few weeks ago. Lord Olympus is a former Newnham horse now with Annabel Neasham. 6 On The Lead is knocking on the door to win. Kia Ora Prague is running in Race 9. (17:20)
