A couple of MVP winners square off on Saturday when the Philadelphia 76ers visit the Denver Nuggets, and we have you covered with our 76ers vs. Nuggets NBA player props based on the best NBA odds.

The Denver Nuggets secured three wins over a five-game East Coast journey, concluding with a decisive defeat against the New York Knicks. Another loss on the trip occurred against the Philadelphia 76ers, who are 6-1 in their last seven games. In the past week, Joel Embiid not only set Philadelphia's single-game scoring record with 70 points against the San Antonio Spurs but also guided his team to victory over Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets.

In the last five matchups featuring both Embiid and Jokic, the Nuggets have a 3-2 straight-up record. Another thrilling matchup is anticipated on Saturday. Both teams rank in the top 12 in points, rebounds, and three-pointers allowed. Despite this defensive prowess, a low-scoring game is not anticipated: the previous four matchups between these teams were all decided by seven points or fewer, with an average game total of 235.7 points.

For tonight’s marquee matchup between the reigning MVP and former two-time MVP, we’ve got a trio of player props with no shortage of star power.

Here are our best 76ers vs. Nuggets NBA player props and NBA picks (odds via our best NBA betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

76ers vs. Nuggets props

Nikola Jokic Over 48.5 points + rebounds + assists ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Over his last eight games, Jokic has averaged 30.3 points, 12.5 rebounds, and 7.8 assists, good for 50.6 PRAs. In that span, he’s eclipsed 48.5 PRAs in four contests. Joker has hit the mark in over half of his games this season, reaching 49 PRAs in 24 of 45 appearances.

Jokic has averaged 22.4 points, 11.4 rebounds, and 7.4 assists against Embiid over their last five head-to-head meetings, and he failed to reach this mark in any of them. Only one of those contests was at home, so we’ll bet on Jokic turning in an improved performance at Ball Arena. The Nuggets were smoked in their last game out against the New York Knicks, and Jokic surely understands the importance of getting back on track at home, particularly against his rival. This isn’t a high mark for him to hit, so we’ll take the Over.

Joel Embiid Over 53.5 points + rebounds + assists ⭐⭐⭐⭐

While Jokic’s production against Embiid has been great, Embiid’s production against Jokic has been superb. Over their last five head-to-head matchups, Embiid has averaged 32.6 points, 11.8 rebounds and 5.4 assists. He’s eclipsed 54 PRAs in each of his previous two against Jokic, averaging 64 PRAs in those contests. Embiid has been on a roll this season, and he’s eclipsed this prop in four of his last seven outings.

Much like Denver, Philadelphia needs to get back in the win column after a convincing loss to the Indiana Pacers in their last game out. Embiid typically shows up in the biggest moments, and he’s always motivated to play his best against a player who bested him in the MVP race. Tyrese Maxey and Tobias Harris are both questionable on Saturday, which means this already attractive prop could be even better if one or both of them are sidelined. Once again, we’re targeting the Over.

Jamal Murray Over 7.5 assists ⭐⭐⭐

Murray has averaged 7.6 assists over his last seven games, hitting this prop in three. That includes a 10-assist performance against the 76ers earlier in the week. Murray has hit this mark in 10 games this season and can certainly get back there Saturday against the Sixers.

Jokic has averaged fewer than eight assists per game over the last three weeks, and Muray has stepped up as a facilitator. Jokic will almost always come through as a scorer and rebounder, but Murray can take over as the team’s primary playmaker on any night. With Philly potentially shorthanded, Murray could have the opportunity to get teammates like Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Michael Porter Jr. involved with catch-and-shoot three-point opportunities. We’ll ride Murray’s current assists streak and take the Over.
