Braves at Rangers picks and predictions

Prediction

Braves 5, Rangers 4

While both teams have one of their best hurlers on the mound for Wednesday’s bout, but I’ll side with the BRAVES (-155) with Strider pitching.

RANGERS +1.5 (-135) is how I’d bet on the run line with Eovaldi pitching deep into games recently. Even though Strider is racking up strikeouts at a historic rate, the Rangers should be able to keep this game within a run at home in the season series finale.

OVER 7.5 (-105) is an intriguing wager in this matchup despite Strider and Eovaldi pitching well this season. The Braves are 4-0 to the Over in Strider’s last 4 starts following a quality start and the Over is also 5-1 in the last 6 meetings between these teams in Texas and 7-1-1 in the last 9 meetings overall.
