Best College Football Parlays To Back Today For Week 8

Leg 1: Ohio State -4.5 over Penn State

It’s starting to get real on the college gridiron. Unblemished contenders are feeling the pressure mount as the stakes grow each week. The stakes couldn’t be much higher than this, with No. 7 Penn State a +4.5 underdog at No. 3 Ohio State in a matchup of unbeaten Big Ten squads. We like the home team to come out with the perfect record intact.

We understand Penn State’s defense ranks among the very best in the nation, but the Nittany Lions have played some of the worst offenses in the country through six weeks. We’re not saying they’re frauds, but we don’t trust James Franklin on the road in a huge game like this.

Few are talking about the Buckeyes as national title contenders, but we expect that to change after Saturday. We’re on to kickoff our first college football parlay featuring three home favorites.

Leg 2: North Carolina -23.5 over Virginia

It’s been a brutal year for Virginia to say the least. The Cavs finally got a win two weeks ago over William and Mary, but it’s back to reality against the Tar Heels.

This North Carolina offense is dangerous and balanced, putting up 40+ points in four of the last five games. They’ll hit that number again Saturday against a Cavs defense that’s been torched by every legitimate team they’ve seen.

The Tar Heels didn’t look as dominant as expected earlier this season, but they’ve got it cooking now coming off blowout wins over Minnesota, Pittsburgh, Syracuse and Miami. This one won’t be competitive for more than a few possessions at most. We’re on North Carolina -23.5 for the .

Leg 3: USC -7 over Utah

It’s time for the Trojans to shake off a disastrous night in South Bend. The USC defense remains in shambles after giving up 40+ points in three straight weeks – this is clearly a matchup-based team that will likely come up short against all the top offensive teams in the country. Utah isn’t that. Not even close.

The Utes’ hopes were dashed early with start QB Cameron Rising remaining sidelined from a torn ACL suffered late last season. Good as the defense has looked, USC’s Caleb Williams is going to make plays and the Utes don’t have the firepower to answer. We’re on USC -7 for the last leg of this .

College Football Week 8 Parlay Bet No. 2

Leg 1: Minnesota over Iowa +142

The Hawkeyes continue to find ways to win with a historically bad offense. It’s almost impressive, really, but the reality is teams skating on this thin of ice tend to fall spectacularly down the stretch in conference play. Enter Minnesota.

The Gophers aren’t exactly setting the world on fire either, but they have the rest advantage off a bye week and came out on top in a similar test with a Week 1 win over Nebraska.

Minnesota can pound the rock and Iowa’s defense isn’t as strong as we’ve seen in recent years. We like the Gophers to beat the Hawkeyes at their own game and grind them down for an ugly win. We’re on Minnesota to kickoff our featuring three underdogs to hit on the moneyline.

Leg 2: Auburn over Ole Miss +200

The Tigers have lost three straight and go off as a +6 home underdog against Ole Miss. We think they can pull off the outright upset. Taking Georgia to the wire showed what this offense can be when the rushing attack is humming, and the Rebels are definitely vulnerable there.

Ole Miss caught all the breaks in close wins over LSU and Arkansas in recent weeks and will come in confident off a bye week. However, Auburn is tough against the pass and the Rebels didn’t have any answers the last time they faced a tough road opponent at Alabama. These teams are closer than the records suggest. We’re on Auburn moneyline +200 for the .

Leg 3: Miami over Clemson +130

The Hurricanes came up short again last week, falling to North Carolina for a second straight loss. At least this one wasn’t as self-inflicted as the Georgia Tech disaster. This is still a solid Miami ball club, with a legit defense and a chance to flip the vibes immediately with an upset win over Clemson. We like the Hurricanes’ chances.

This Tigers offense has looked better at times this year. It just hasn’t held up against strong defenses, and we certainly don’t trust it on the road. Miami is gonna hit a few big plays and we don’t think this Clemson squad has the goods to match for four quarters. We’re on Miami moneyline +130.
