English Premier League Week 7 Preview: Predictions, Odds & Best Bets

Another weekend, more morning soccer. If you couldn’t tell, it’s one of my favorite things! Nothing like waking up bright and early on a Saturday morning to sweat some EPL bets!

It was a very interesting week last week and it shook up the table a bit. The draw between Arsenal and Tottenham moved them both down to the 4th and 5th spot. A win by Brighton moved them up into the 3rd spot. Manchester City and Liverpool continued their winning ways, with City leading the league and Liverpool sitting in the 2nd spot.

All the matchups that we’ll have our eyes on have the favorites visiting their opponents. We have Brighton going to Birmingham to play Aston Villa, Manchester City will go to Wolverhampton and Liverpool will go to Tottenham Stadium to play the Spurs. We’re going to talk more about the Liverpool vs Tottenham later.

Another game we’ll be watching and talking about is Manchester United hosting Crystal Palace. Man U has been struggling this year with a record of 3-0-3. They look to get a much-needed win at home tomorrow. Here’s the rest of the schedule with times and where to watch!

Manchester United vs Crystal Palace Prediction, Odds & Best Bets

Prediction and Pick: Manchester United ML + Marcus Rashford 1+ SOT (-114)

These 2 teams just met on Tuesday for the Leagues Cup and Man U shut out Crystal Palace by a score of 3-0. Carlos Casemiro has a goal and an assist. Anthony Martial and Alejandro Garnacho had a goal each.

It was a big win for Manchester United giving them back-to-back wins after losing 3 games prior. I am referencing all their games played and not just EPL games to talk about their current play all around.

In the EPL, they have suffered 3-1 loses to both Brighton and Arsenal. This game is a great spot for them to continue moving forward and away from their rough start this season.

Marcus Rashford needs to get more involved if they are going to win. He had a hot start to the season, averaging approximately 1 SOT per game. He was rested for Tuesdays Leagues Cup game, so he should be fresh. We are only looking for a Shot on Target and not a goal.

He has struggled his last 3 EPL games, but I like him at home. We just need 1 and I think he gets us there while helping Man U get a much-needed W.

Tottenham Spurs vs Liverpool Prediction, Odds, & Best Bets

Prediction and Pick: Liverpool/Draw + BTTS (-120)

Liverpool has been off to a great start this year. Taking on Tottenham and these 2 teams have a lot of history, so this should be a good one.

In the last 5 matchups, Liverpool is 3-2-0 vs Tottenham. In all 5 of these games, which goes back to 2021, both teams have scored. Their last matchup was April of this year and Liverpool won by a score of 4-3.

With the history of their matchups and their being 2 draws, that is why we’re going with the Double Result of Liverpool/Draw. Tottenham has also been playing good soccer and I could see this game ending in a draw.

Liverpool has conceded at least 1 goal in every game (7) except for 1. They have put up 3 goals themselves in each of their last 5 games as well. Tottenham has conceded at least 1 goal in their last 3 matches.

I like this play a lot and we’re not drinking a lot of juice. I think Liverpool gets the win in a back and forth, high scoring game.
