Orioles vs. Brewers prediction and odds for Tuesday, June 6

Don't worry Milwaukee Brewers fans, they don't have to face a left-handed starter today. They can't hit a lefty if their lives depended on it this season, but now they get to face a righty in Kyle Gibson.

The Baltimore Orioles are in town to play the Brewers in a three-game interleague series starting on Tuesday night.

Let's take a look at the odds for the series opener and then I'll give you my best bet.

Kyle Gibson gets the start for the Orioles and while his 3.89 ERA looks respectable, I think we may see some regression from him. His 4.06 FIP (Field Independent Pitching) and 1.312 WHIP is a cause for concern.

His ERA also dips when playing on the road, down to 4.25 compared to 3.38 at home.

Meanwhile, I'm willing to bank on some positive regression for Freddy Peralta, who has largely disappointed through his first 11 starts with an ERA of 4.62. It's also worth noting that has ERA at home has been significantly better at 3.38 compared to 6.04 on the road.

I'll back the Brewers tonight in a game where they may be able to find some momentum.

Game odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
