Ranking the 2022 Division Series underdogs
The four Division Series underdogs are ranked by their DraftKings Sportsbook odds to win their respective series.
The Guardians are underdogs against the Yankees. Shane Bieber and Triston McKenzie will start for the Guardians in Game 1. The Yankees have one of the toughest lineups on right-handed pitching since Sept. 1 and have a .195 ISO against righties.
The Phillies are underdogs in the 2022 Division Series. They lost the season series 8-11. Zack Wheeler and Aaron Nola need to deal for the Phillies to win the series.
Seattle is the biggest underdog in the divisional round. The team that won the Wild Card Series was able to hang with Toronto's. Seattle saw Justin Verlander six times this season and Framber Valdez twice. They never saw Lance McCullers Jr. but he's a familiar foe.
The Padres are the favorite in the 2022 Division Series. The Dodgers had a good season, but they started to slow down against right-handed pitching.
