Spurs vs. Knicks NBA Player Props, Odds

The New York Knicks' formidable defense will be tested by San Antonio Spurs center and Rookie of the Year front-runner Victor Wembanyama on Wednesday, and we have our Spurs vs. Knicks NBA player props based on the best NBA odds.

The New York Knicks reached the second round of the playoffs last year but have struggled to find their footing. They dominated the Los Angeles Clippers with a 119-97 victory on Monday, bringing their season record to 3-4. Despite historically poor shooting, Julius Randle displayed signs of improvement by scoring 27 points, but whether he can maintain this momentum against the Spurs is the big question.

While the San Antonio Spurs and the Knicks share the same record, their stories couldn't be more different. The Spurs, who have been at the bottom for years, have seen a resurgence thanks to the outstanding performance of No. 1 pick Victor Wembanyama. He has single-handedly revitalized this once-stagnant franchise. The question remains: which team will emerge victorious and reach a .500 record for the season?

Here are our best Spurs vs. Knicks NBA player props and NBA picks (odds via our best NBA betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Spurs vs. Knicks NBA player props

Mitchell Robinson Over 10.5 rebounds (+106 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Robinson’s rebounding numbers have increased each season since he entered the league, and he currently sits fourth in the Association with a career-best 12.4 boards per contest. He’s pulled down at least 11 rebounds in five of seven games on the season and is currently riding a three-game streak of at least 15 rebounds.

The Spurs allow the fourth-most rebounds per game, a healthy 56.4. San Antonio gave up 11 rebounds to Indiana Pacers big Myles Turner in just 21 minutes last time out, and Toronto Raptors Jakob Poeltl and Scottie Barnes grabbed 11 and 10, respectively, in the game prior. In one of the two matchups with the Phoenix Suns earlier in the season, Jusuf Nurkic corralled 12.

Robinson is in a great spot to cash this prop, and we can get it for even money (+100) at DraftKings and more profitable +106 odds at FanDuel. We’ll avoid the -110 odds available at bet365.

Julius Randle Over 2.5 3-pointers (+175 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The odds offered for this one all come in at plus money. We can get this Randle prop for +155 at bet365, +165 at FanDuel, and +175 at DraftKings. We’ll take the longest odds and the biggest payout when New York’s poorest-shooting player bounces back against the Spurs.

Through the first six games of the season, Randle shot a historically poor 27.1% from the field. He improved in Monday’s win over the Clippers with a 9-for-21 shooting effort, knocking down 3-of-8 shots from beyond the arc after going 1-of-15 in two games prior.

Randle needs to continue improving as a shooter and scorer if he wants to guide his team to victory on Wednesday. The Spurs allow the second-most points per game to opponents at 125.9, and San Antonio’s 40.3% three-point shooting allowed is the most generous in the Association. That includes the second-best shooting mark allowed to opponents on the road at 46.4%.

Randle has attempted at least seven triples in four of seven games, and he’s knocked down at least three in three contests. He’s in a prime position to continue his upward trajectory in the efficiency department, and we’ll bank on him converting at least three shots from beyond the arc.

Victor Wembanyama Over 2.5 blocks (+140 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wemby has dazzled fans and produced numerous highlights on offense this season, showcasing his guard-like skills in a 7’4 frame with crossovers, stepbacks, and long-range jumpers. He’s not just a one-note guy, and he's been excellent on defense.

On the season, the No. 1 pick is swatting 2.6 shots per contest, and he’s recorded at least three blocks in three of seven games to open up his rookie campaign. The Knicks allow the sixth-most blocks to opponents at 6.6 per game, which is why we highlighted the Milwaukee Bucks' Brook Lopez’s blocks prop against them last week.

In that one, Lopez swatted eight shots, and across the Knicks’ last three games, they’ve allowed three or more blocks to the Clippers' Ivica Zubac, New Orleans Pelicans' Herb Jones, and Lopez. The odds for this one are available between +135 and +140, so we’ll take the longest offering at bet365 and count on an excellent defender doing what he does best against a generous opposing offense.
