Boston Celtics vs Cleveland Cavaliers @ Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse

Two of the best Eastern Conference teams battle on Tuesday as the Boston Celtics visit the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Celtics come off two losses from their last three games, including a disappointing 115-105 loss to the Brooklyn Nets last week.

However, they defeated the Cavaliers 117-113 at home last week, so they could use that as a confidence boost. It came at home for Boston, so now they must beat Cleveland on the road, which is an excellent home team.

The Cavaliers are 27-7 at home following a win over Detroit, and they have beaten the Celtics twice already this season. They won 132-123 on the road before winning 114-113 at home.

It’s always a close contest, but because the Celtics are dealing with some injury concerns, we’re taking the Cavaliers to win the series.

They are awfully tough to beat at home and Donovan Mitchell could be tough to stop.

Atlanta Hawks vs Miami Heat @ Miami-Dade Arena

The Atlanta Hawks and Miami Heat are in the mix for the playoffs without being much of a threat.

They lead the Southwest Division over Washington, but they’re not putting fears in the eyes of their opponents, so this is a crucial game.

Atlanta lost to Miami 117-109 on the road and now it must try and beat them again. Playing consecutive games against the same team often results in a 1-1 split, so there could be value for the visiting Hawks on Tuesday.

The Heat also have Kyle Lowry out of action, so they won’t have his experience, and that could prove costly in the fourth quarter. However, the Heat are 20-12 at home, so they’re tough to get past in this arena.

That’s our concern for betting on the Hawks, who are 14-19 on the road. However, punters get value odds for Trae Young and the Hawks, so lock them in for the upset.

Toronto Raptors vs Denver Nuggets @ Ball Arena

We love what the Denver Nuggets are doing this season and we expect their winning ways to continue.

The Western Conference leaders scored a fantastic 113-97 win over the Memphis Grizzlies last week, and a repeat of that effort sees them down the Raptors.

They improved to 45-19 with the win, which is a terrific record, and they have dropped just four games at Ball Arena, which is the best record in the NBA.

Looking to score an upset are the Raptors, who come off an overtime win against the Washington Wizards. The 116-109 victory was hard-fought, and they’re now looking for some consistency after trading wins with losses.

The Nuggets should have too much class for the visiting Raptors, who will play well, but not well enough.
