INSIDE MAIL — WARWICK FARM

RACE 1

Soul Choice kicks off her campaign having last run in two Group 1 races, the Vinery Stud Stakes and Australian Oaks in her first campaign. They are her only two unplaced runs and win the Listed Tasmanian Oaks before that. She has a win and a second at the mile and will appreciate the drop back in grade. Blackcomb debuted for Kris Lees with a nice win at Wyong coming from last at the 600m. Can settle closer from the inside draw. Chase My Crown is been racing well in Highway and Saturday grade. Sky Diamonds can place.

Bet: Soul Choice to win

RACE 2

Balkans backed up his good trials efforts with a nice win at Wyong on Sept 1. He tracked the speed on the rails before angling around the leaders off the bend and going on to score. The margin was three-quarters of a length but Zac Lloyd hardly moved on him. Rhythm Of Love led early then eased for a sit briefly before going to the front again on straightening and holding his rivals at by at Kembla first-up on Sept 9. Rolls forward and the track should suit his pattern. Mural Crown is back from a let-up and will need a touch of luck from his wide draw but has Nash Rawiller to guide him. Scored a nice win on debut from Magic and Les Vampires.

Bet: Balkans to win

RACE 3

Godolphin filly Drift Net is a debutant by Exceed And Excel from a half-sister to Group 1 winner Alverta. She has been very good in both trial this time in after racing wide in each but still strong through the line under a hold. Drawn to get an ideal run. Queen Of Dragons was just over a length behind Militarize when runner-up at Canterbury at her second start. Was a length and a half sixth to Namesake in the Listed Oxlade Stakes at Eagle Farm back in June. Nice fourth without pressure in her Randwick trial on Sept 8. Lulumon has claims on debut third in Inglis Challenge. Was held up until he 200m and taken in by the winner. Aditi was a game second to Zulfiqar on debut in the Listed Maribyrnong Trial Stakes last October.

Bet: Drift Net to win

RACE 4

Eastern Glow appreciated a drop back to midweek grade when came over the top to score a two length win from Hollywood Hero at this track and distance on Aug 30. Raced back and wide with cover before running on down the outside for second to Iknowstar in the Dubbo Cup last start. Imported gelding Mr Buster makes his Australian debut here. Placed in his first three runs before a big win at his final start in England in May. Locked up on fence and untested in his Beaumont trial on Sept 4. For Victory made ground when third to Wategos at his Sydney debut at Rosehill on Aug 5 and was fair when seventh to Principessa at Randwick last start. Will appreciate the drop in grade.

Bet: Eastern Glow each-way

RACE 5

Chateaux Park is better than his last start ninth in the Listed Tatt’s Cup at Randwick behind Athabascan. Scored a barnstorming win from last on the bend over Karmazone and Awesome Wonder here on Aug 9 before a second to Awesome Wonder at Randwick. Little Mix closed off late when a half-length third to Lolly Yeats over 1600m here on Aug 9 then came from well back to finish third behind Wineglass Bay and Too Much Caviar who sat second and first respectively in the run over 2000m at Rosehill on Aug 26. Nyota found her right form with a win at Hawkesbury three starts back and has been runner-up in both starts since. Was just pipped by Fay’s Angel here last start. The Milkybar Kid can bounce back from his latest run when down the track to Fay’s Angel as favourite.

Bet: Chateaux Park each-way

RACE 6

Demiana scored a nice win on debut at Canterbury last December and went on to run some handy races in Saturday grade including a second placing to Healing Oasis in a Bm 78 at Rosehill in April. Stormed home for a close second to Mars Mission in her Rosehill trial on Sept 5. Lucky Variety just wasn’t right when always well back when resuming at Canterbury in June before another break. Previous campaign was near faultless with three wins including one at Randwick and a second to Fashion Legend. Afterlight closed off last campaign with a smart maiden win at Scone coming from well back. Blitzed her rivals in her Rosehill trial recently. Ithadtobezou is better than her last two runs before a spell. Won her Randwick heat on Sept 8.

Bet: Demiana to win

RACE 7

Saltcoats settled last and was doing his best work through the line when fifth behind Garza Blanca and Pereille when resuming over 1200m at Randwick on Sept 2. Will be fitter for the run and extra distance suits. Also nominated for Caulfield Guineas Prelude on Saturday. Pereille is a model of consistency. Although he has only won twice in 11 starts, he hasn’t missed a place. Smart win at Moonee Valley two runs back before his head second to Garza Blanca last start. Silvanito has drawn wide but is in fine form with at his past two starts over 1200m and 1400m. Ka Bling raced three-wide when resuming at Rosehill on Aug 26 but was still only beaten two and a half lengths by Diamond Dealer.

Bet: Saltcoats to win. Quinella 6, 8
