Clemson Media Poll: Clemson rebounds, Oregon & UCLA fall

Clemson beat Louisville. The updated College Football Playoff rankings have been released. Clemson Media Poll rankings are based on the poll of 24 Clemson media members.

Clemson beat Louisville 31-16. Drake Maye threw for 448 yards and three touchdowns. UNC beat Wake Forest 6-4. UCLA lost to Arizona 34-28. Oregon and UCLA are out of the playoff picture.   The ACC Championship could be played between two top 10 teams. The game will be held in Charlotte. It's a regular occurrence. Georgia Tech and NC State are the only teams left on their schedule. They lost at home to Boston College on Saturday. In the Pac-12, Oregon lost 34 to Arizonan. Arizona won on a late field goal. California won the game on the last play.

Clemson Media Poll and CFP Rankings show the Tigers moving up two spots each. The CFPA Committee ranks Alabama above Clemson. North Carolina is ranked at #13. 75% of voters would pick Clemson over LSU in a neutral site bowl. If Michigan, Ohio State, and Tennessee all win this weekend, a 1-loss conference champion will be left out of the playoffs. Only 38% would choose Clemson to beat Alabama. This week, the poll added a bonus question about who they would vote for in the Orange Bowl.
