Coaches poll prediction: Alabama, Georgia or ... Ohio State for No. 1?

Alabama should stay No. 1 in this week's USA TODAY Sports AFCA Coaches Poll. Georgia is expected to drop from No 2 to No 3. Ohio State has been the most dominant team since the debut of the poll. The Buckeyes are expected by many to win the College Football Playoff and national championship.

Alabama won the game against Texas A&M. Bryce Young is missing. Jalen Milroe ran for 83 yards and scored three touchdowns, but he also had three turnovers.

Georgia is 6-0. Georgia beat Auburn 42-10. Stetson Bennett's 64-yard touchdown run was the clincher.

Ohio State is 6-0 and owns Michigan State. The Buckeyes have won the last six games by at least 20 points. Mel Tucker has lost his three games against OSU by a combined score of 157-39.

Michigan is 6-0 and ranked No. 4. The Wolverines play with their food against Maryland, Iowa and Indiana. They play against Penn State this week.

Clemson's secondary held Boston College to 5.2 yards per attempt in a 31-3 win. Clemson is 6-0.

Oklahoma State is 5-0 and the No. 6 team in the coaches poll. Texas Tech is a pesky team.

Southern California is 6-0 in the Pac-12. Caleb Williams completed 15 of 29 attempts for 188 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday's 30-14 win against the Cougars.

Tennessee is 6-0 and will play Alabama next weekend.

Mississippi is ranked No. 9 after a 52-28 win against Vanderbilt. Penn State didn't play on Saturday.

Penn State is 5-0 and has an off week before the biggest stretch of the season. They play Michigan next Saturday and Ohio State two weeks later.
