Iowa Football: Hawkeyes vs. Nebraska spread, best bet, prediction

The final week of the regular season is upon us, and the Iowa Hawkeyes are in an oddly satisfactory position. After clinching the Big Ten West last week and punching a ticket to Indy, this game is meaningless in the Big Ten standings.

It would be ridiculous to say this game is meaningless overall, though. Iowa finishes the year with a trophy game, playing for the Heroes Trophy against the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Iowa is 9-2 with a 6-2 Big Ten West-clinching record. The Hawkeyes would love nothing more than to get to double-digit wins in the regular season.

On the other side, Nebraska is 5-6. It has lost a few close games down the stretch and has to have this game to punch a bowl ticket. It has much to play for.

Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. CT at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska, on Friday, Nov. 24 and if you’re looking to do some last-minute betting research, you’re in luck! We’ll give you the latest point spread, money line odds, and over/under number, as well as the information you’ll need to make the smartest bet.
