Rahm posted top-10 finishes at the Masters four straight times before tying for 27th place last year. One stunning prediction from McDonald: He is fading Viktor Hovland, even though the Norwegian recently tied for third at the Players Championship. Hovland's final round of the event was his best, as he shot a four-under, but he never contended for the title, finishing seven strokes behind tournament winner Scottie Scheffler.

It was the 25-year-old Hovland's fourth top-10 finish of the season, but he has not recorded a victory on the PGA Tour since winning the World Wide Technology Championship at Mayakoba in November 2021.
