Star jockey Tim Clark thinks the market has got it wrong with import Supagirl in Saturday's Epona Stakes (1900m) at Rosehill.

The Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott-trained mare was a $15 chance in all-in markets but that was quickly snapped up and TAB currently rate her at $8 in betting.

Chris Waller's last start Group 3 winner Thalassophile is the $4 favourite.

Clark has ridden the daughter of Pride Of Dubai in the lead-up to Saturday's test and thinks she's cherry ripe for her Australian debut.

"I thought the $15 in all-in markets about her was overs, she's going really good," Clark said.

"Outside of the (Golden) Slipper she's probably the horse I'm most keen to ride on Saturday.

"She had three trials so kicking off at 1900 metres and being one of Gai's is no issue."

The former Irish galloper enjoyed a successful 2022 campaign, winning at a similar trip at Navan by 6½ lengths and Clark says she's kept improving since being in work in Australia.

"Improved every time she stepped up, I'd suggest she'll roll forward and take plenty of catching,"he said.

"It's hard to read into her overseas form but she's improved since I've had anything to do with her.

"They were going to go to the races with her a couple weeks ago but gave her a trial instead and I think it's done her the world of good.

"She's come through that really well and I'd expect her to be hard to beat on Saturday."

On top of riding two-year-old filly Platinum Jubilee in the Golden Slipper (1200m), Clark will look to topple Anamoe for the second time with Converge in the George Ryder (1500m) and he also rides Sky Command in the last.

Converge won the Randwick Guineas two years back beating Anamoe into second place before finishing a distant second to the star colt in the Rosehill Guineas however he has failed to find the placings in six starts since then.
