All 30 MLB teams are in action on Sunday and we’re looking for a trio of hitters to deliver.

The pregame narrative: Atlanta Braves stars Ronald Acuna Jr. and Marcell Ozuna are hitting the ball well, making them excellent targets for our parlay. Thirdly, Jose Abreu is staring down a plus matchup and is worth adding to our ticket.

MLB parlay picks

Parlay: Acuna Jr. over 1.5 total bases + Ozuna over 0.5 hits + Abreu over 0.5 hits (+225)

Acuna Jr. over 1.5 total bases (-165): This line is very short for most hitters on this prop, but Acuna Jr. is not like most hitters.

This is one of the most talented players in the sport and he’s having an incredible season. The Atlanta superstar is slashing .333/.405/.570 with 13 home runs and 28 stolen bases. He’s been nothing short of incredible and it shouldn’t be surprising to see he’s entering this contest in good form.

Acuna Jr. has gone over on this prop in five of his last seven contests, and his chances of doing so again receive a boost because of the matchup. Trevor Williams takes the mound for the Washington Nationals, and in 12 at-bats against the righty, Acuna Jr. has six hits — including a pair of home runs, per Swish Analytics.

Other parlay picks

Ozuna over 0.5 hits (-235): When talking about hitters producing for the Braves, Ozuna is certainly part of the conversation.

His season-long average (.236) is below his career mark (.267), but he’s starting to turn that around. Ozuna has a hit in seven consecutive games and is slashing .375/.444/.708 during this stretch.

Like his teammate, he also boasts excellent results against Williams. The outfielder has eight hits in 25 at-bats against the Nats starter.

Williams isn’t having a great season, either, owning a 4.15 ERA and a 5.41 FIP while allowing 61 hits across 60.2 innings pitched.

Abreu over 0.5 hits (-250): Abreu’s numbers this year aren’t as strong as we’ve come to expect, but there are some signs that he’s bouncing back.

The most glaring is his recent results at the plate. The hulking first baseman has a hit in eight of his last nine games, posting a .290/.300/.474 slash line during this stretch. Looking at an even smaller sample size, he has two hits in each of his last three contests with a pair of homers.

Today, he faces a pitcher he’s very familiar with in Cleveland Guardians starter Shane Bieber. These two have 45 shared at-bats against each other, and Abreu has 13 hits (.289 BA).
