The game starts at 11:00 a.m. CT and can be seen on ABC.

This is the seventh game of the season for both schools as both are coming off of bye weeks. The Sooners are coming off a stunning, last-second win over the Texas Longhorns in the Cotton Bowl. The Knights are coming off a loss to the Kansas Jayhawks.

The Knights come into the game losing three straight. They’re allowing 27.8 points per game on the season and 36 or more in each of their three losses.

Offensively they’ve been pretty good. They have one of the best rushing attacks in the country, averaging 246 yards per game on the ground. Starting quarterback John Rhys Plumlee is healthier heading into the matchup with Oklahoma after being limited in the Knights’ loss to Kansas.

Over-under: 66.5

Advice and prediction

I think your best bet would be to take the over. Unless the UCF defense got a lot better during the bye week, they won’t be able to stop the Sooners. Oklahoma is 4-2 against the point total this season and UCF is 5-1. This screams a game that goes over the 66.5-point total.

This is the perfect game for the Sooners running game to finally get some traction. You’ve had a week off to figure things out and you’re going up against a team that allowed 399 yards on the ground to Kansas and gives up 197 yards per game in 2023, which ranks 119th.

The Sooners were 5-8 against the spread in 2022 but are 6-0 to start the 2023 season.

Prediction: 55-17. Oklahoma covers, and the over hits.
