Oklahoma Football: Prediction, point spread, odds, best bet for Week 4

The Oklahoma Sooners play the Cincinnati Bearcats on the road on Saturday, and if you’re looking to do some last-minute betting research, you’re in luck!

We’ll give you the latest point spread, money line odds, and over/under number, as well as the information you’ll need to make the smartest bet.

The game starts at 11:00 a.m. CT and can be seen on Fox.

This is the fourth game of the season for both schools. The Sooners are coming off another dominant performance against the in-state foe Tulsa Golden Hurricane. Cincinnati is coming off a tough 31-24 loss to the Miami (OH) Redhawks in overtime but is 2-1 on the season.

This is a sneaky game for the Sooners. Cincinnati comes in with a top 15-ranked offense and a top 50-ranked defense. They also have a top-10 rushing attack with a dual-threat quarterback. Many people are overlooking this game due to the recent loss by the Bearcats but make no mistake, this is a game that could be a lot closer than many think.

Advice and prediction

The 14.5 seems like a low number for the Sooners. But in this one, I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if it’s closer than people think. Cincinnati has one of the best defensive lines in the Big 12. Oklahoma has struggled running the ball and also struggled with offensive line play as a whole. Dillon Gabriel has played well, but can he keep that up?

Defensively the Sooners will be tested because of how well Cincinnati runs the ball. Also, running quarterbacks have given Oklahoma fits for years.

I think your best bet would be to take the money line in favor of the Sooners. I just have a strange feeling about this game.

The Sooners were 5-8 against the spread in 2022 but are 3-0 to start the 2023 season.

Prediction: 34-24. Sooners don’t cover and don’t hit the over
